Yes. We carry full goods-in-transit insurance and public liability insurance on every single move, giving you complete peace of mind from start to finish.

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes boxes, bubble wrap, furniture blankets, and specialist wrapping for delicate items. These are all included as part of our packing service, or available to purchase separately.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the entire UK London, South East, Midlands, North, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just give us a call and we'll confirm straight away.

Will there be any hidden charges?

Can you move items into storage?

Yes we offer flexible storage with secure, climate-controlled units. We handle collection, storage, and redelivery all in one seamless service.

Do you offer same-day and weekend moves?

Yes. Our team can disassemble items like beds, wardrobes, and flat-pack furniture before the move, and reassemble them at your new property. Just let us know when you book.

What should I do to prepare for moving day?

If you're not using our full packing service, we recommend boxing up small items in advance, labelling boxes by room, and making sure the team has clear access to both properties. We'll handle all the heavy lifting and large furniture.

Do you handle fragile or valuable items?

Absolutely. We take extra care with antiques, artwork, electronics, mirrors, and other fragile items. We use specialist wrapping materials and ensure everything is secured properly in the vehicle.

What payment methods do you accept?
